Return & Refund Policy

We cannot accept returns on what is left over once your floor is installed. If you have 1 to 3 cartons of material left over when your flooring job is complete, it is recommended that you keep them in the event you need to do a repair.

Some flooring material cannot be returned such as special order/direct mill orders. If this is a matter of concern for you, please consult with the sales representative before making the purchase.
Minimum return quantity: 3 cartons
All returned cartons must be sealed/unopened.
You need a return authorization from our customer support department prior to making a return. Return authorizations are available for up to 30 days after receipt of your order. No returns are allowed after 30 days. For some flooring material, this can be 14 days as well.
You are responsible for a restocking fee and all return shipping charges.
Once our vendor receives the returned material, we will issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks from the date the material was received.
If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the actual original freight charge*, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee which usually ranges from 15% to 25% of the order.
The actual original freight charge is not the freight charge listed on your invoice. In most cases, the actual freight we pay to have you order delivered is much more than the amount listed on your invoice.
Should you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, we will issue a refund after deducting up-to 3.5% of the total. This it to cover merchant processing fees. This also applies for orders being canceled due to unavailability. (We recommend checking stock availability prior to making a purchase).
Flooring stocks are uncertain due to high demand, we strongly recommend every customer to check stock availability before placing orders
